Refund Policy

60-day return right

You can return individual products or your entire order within 60 days of receiving it, wherever you live. Please contact our customer service first, and we will send you return instructions. Only products that can be sold again can be fully refunded.

Exchanges

You can also exchange a product for another one within the same 60 days. Please contact our customer service and we will help you.

Return shipping

The customer pays the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any other fees for returns.

Products damaged in transport

If a product was damaged in transport, please contact our customer service.

Uncollected parcels

An uncollected parcel is not a return. If your parcel comes back to us uncollected, we deduct 20 euros from the refund to cover delivery and handling costs. If you wish, we can send the parcel again for 6.90-49.90 euros, depending on the delivery method and country.

Refunds

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of registering your return as received. We will confirm received returns by email. If you have not received a confirmation within 14 days of sending your return, please contact our customer service.
