Biomed Sekure Forte brings together three ingredients that are usually bought separately: a curcumin extract, resveratrol and selenium. One capsule a day on an empty stomach, 60 capsules in a 30 g jar, so two months at one a day.

Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the normal function of the immune system, to normal thyroid function, and to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

The ingredients

Curcugreen™ is a standardised curcumin extract from turmeric, at 250 mg per capsule. Resveratrol is extracted from the root of Polygonum cuspidatum, also known as Japanese knotweed, at 100 mg. Selenium is included both as selenium-enriched yeast and as sodium selenite, giving 100 µg per capsule.

The plant ingredients

Curcumin helps to support normal liver function and digestion. Resveratrol supports cardiovascular health. Grape seed extract is a source of proanthocyanidins, compounds associated with the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
