Lactoferrin is a natural component of dairy products. It is traditionally associated with the body's handling of iron. Lactoferrin is also traditionally used to support the body's own natural defences and skin wellbeing.

Vitamin C increases iron absorption, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Dosage

1 capsule a day with liquid.
