Vitatabs E 50 mg is a food supplement containing natural vitamin E in an easy-to-swallow wheat germ oil capsule. Each capsule provides 50 mg of vitamin E calculated as tocopherol equivalents, coming from a natural tocopherol mixture and natural D-alpha-tocopherol.

The product is lactose free, yeast free, gluten free and contains no sweeteners, making it suitable for many different diets. The capsules are manufactured in Finland and are intended to complement a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Natural vitamin E from wheat germ oil

The vitamin E in Vitatabs E 50 mg is sourced from cold-pressed wheat germ oil and a natural tocopherol mixture. One capsule contains 329 mg of cold-pressed wheat germ oil, which naturally provides gamma-, delta-, alpha- and beta-tocopherols, as well as other tocopherols.

From this mixture, 25 mg of vitamin E is obtained, to which is added 25 mg of vitamin E from natural D-alpha-tocopherol, giving a total of 50 mg of vitamin E per capsule. The wheat germ oil also contains linoleic and linolenic acids, which are essential fatty acids.

Usage

Take 1 capsule per day with water, preferably in connection with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
