Why is vitamin D needed?

Vitatabs D-Caps 100 µg is a high-strength vitamin D3 food supplement in a base of cold-pressed olive oil for good absorption. Each small, easy-to-swallow soft gelatine capsule provides 100 µg of vitamin D3, making it convenient for those who prefer a once-daily capsule. The product is free from lactose, yeast, sweeteners and gluten.

Usage

Take 1 capsule per day for adults, with water, preferably with a meal.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breast-feeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store at room temperature (15–25 °C), tightly closed and protected from sunlight and moisture, and keep out of the reach of small children.
