The product combines hydration-supporting electrolytes and creatine into a fresh, sugar-free drink powder. It is suitable both for daily use and for moments when the body needs extra hydration – in everyday life, during training or on warm days.

The electrolytes come from high-quality Guérande sea salt and other key minerals. The magnesium in the product contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. The creatine included is high-quality creatine monohydrate.

The pack includes a measuring scoop. Developed and made in Finland.

Dosage

One measuring scoop (5 g) mixed with water (3–7 dl), 1–3 times per day.
