Reishi's (Ganoderma lucidum) calming effects are renown. It's been used for the treatment of restlessness and insomnia, and palpitation in China for hundreds of years. In studies reishi extract significantly increased total sleep time and non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep.

  • For peace, sleep & de-stress
  • 100 % Finnish reishi
  • No fillers, grains or excipients. Pure reishi mushroom extract.

For getting the best out of reishi, you need a double extraction with water & alcohol, and you want to use it for a few weeks. Test it e.g. with an Oura ring and quantify the difference!

Main Compounds of Interest in reishi are triterpenes and beta-glucans, of which triterpenes are those that have been studied to beneft sleep. Our Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction with alcohol ensures you have all of reishi’s triterpenes bioavailable.

Dosage

Daily dose is 2 ml. We recommend adding reishi in your evening routine. For example, take reishi for approx 1 hour before going to sleep. A pipette’s full straight under the tongue or in hot chocolate, tea, smoothie for instance.

Use sublingually by placing under the tongue and swallow. Or add to tea, smoothies or recipes. In 30 ml bottles 1 full pipette equals 0,6 ml, and in 50 ml bottles 1 full pipette is 1 ml. As our extracts are strong, we recommend taking a week off after every 3 months of use.

Daily maximum dose 2 ml. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of reach of children in a cool dry area. Not during pregnancy or for kids.
