Heey! Hydrate & Glow Pineapple Coconut is an electrolyte drink mix that also carries ingredients usually found in skincare supplements. One 6 g scoop in a glass of water gives sodium, potassium and magnesium alongside Coll-egan®, hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 and vitamins C and E, with no added sugar. The flavour is tropical pineapple and coconut, and it works particularly well stirred into a smoothie.

Hydration

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the normal function of the nervous system. The drink replaces minerals lost through sweating without the sugar load of a conventional sports drink.

The glow side of the formula

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Each serving also contains 400 mg of the Coll-egan® complex, which combines amino acids with acerola cherry and bamboo extract, 50 mg of hyaluronic acid and 5 mg of coenzyme Q10. Those three are listed as ingredients, without claims attached to them.

When to use it

One serving a day, best served cold, at whatever point it fits: after training, on hot days and while travelling, on heavy coffee days, or simply as part of a daily routine. Also available in Green Apple & Kiwi and Watermelon.

Usage

Stir one scoop (6 g) into a glass of water for a few seconds. It can also be mixed into juice or a smoothie. One serving per day.

Storage
