Puhdas+ BCAA Amino Acid Powder

BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) is the collective name for three amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. BCAAs are among the essential amino acids, which the human body cannot make itself and must obtain from the diet.

Puhdas+ Instantised BCAA contains branched-chain amino acids in free form. "Instantised" means that the powder dissolves immediately and the amino acids are absorbed quickly by the body.

Lactose-free, gluten-free, yeast-free, unsweetened and vegan.

Dosage

For adults, 2 teaspoons a day. Mix into a glass of water or juice.
