Puhdas+ OptiMSM is a high-quality methylsulfonyl preparation that contains no other ingredients. MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, is a sulphur compound that occurs naturally in our bodies. In its pure form it is an almost odourless, white crystalline powder with a slightly bitter taste.

Dosage
