• Milk chocolate shell with a soft crème brûlée-flavoured filling (40%)

Karl Fazer Crème Brûlée takes the flavour of the classic caramelised dessert and puts it inside Karl Fazer milk chocolate, which has been made since 1922. Each chocolate has a soft, smooth filling flavoured with burnt sugar, wrapped in a milk chocolate shell. The 250 g box suits gifting or sharing after a meal.

Flavour and texture

The filling makes up 40% of each chocolate. It is soft rather than crisp, with a caramelised sugar note from burnt sugar and flavourings. It does not contain egg or cream, so the crème brûlée character comes from flavour rather than a custard base. The chocolates contain no gelatine and no colourings.
