Ubiquinone, or coenzyme CoQ10, is a fat-soluble molecule found in every cell of the human body. Ageing, illness and certain medicines, such as statins, reduce the biosynthesis of ubiquinone.

Puhdas+ Strong Ubiquinone Q10 is well absorbed and produced by fermentation. The small softgel capsule is easy to swallow and protects the contents from light. The daily dose is one capsule, containing 100 mg of ubiquinone. The product is suitable for daily use.

Dosage

Adults: 1 capsule a day.
