Rosehip is a versatile berry

Rosehip from the Rosa canina bush naturally contains vitamin C, beta-carotene (a precursor of vitamin A) and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. The berry powder is made from Finnish berries, and its red-orange colour reflects the berry's rich character.

Greenfinn's berry powders contain the whole berry: seeds, flesh and skins. Thousands of whole berries go into a single jar.

The Finnish producer dries the berries and crushes them to a suitable coarseness, so most of the seeds break open and the berries' natural oils and aromas come through better. This way you can enjoy Finnish berries easily all year round.

Instructions for use

Use about 2 teaspoons a day. Stir the crush into yoghurt, soured milk, porridge or juice, for example.

For a rosehip milkshake, combine the crush with a milk-based drink: try a large spoonful of crush, 1 dl of milk and 2 dl of vanilla ice cream. The crush also works in bread-roll dough and for decorating raw cakes.

Storage

Store the crush in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Close the lid carefully after use, so the crush stays at its best for a long time.
