Puhdas+ Beauty Collagen & Biotin contains fish collagen, a protein isolated from fish.

30 % of human body's proteins consists of collagen and it is found especially in the skin. At about the age of 25 the body begins to lose its ability to produce new collagen. Taking collagen helps you keep your skin young and smooth.

The biotin in the product enhances the maintenance of normal skin, hair and mucous membranes. Zinc also contributes to keeping the skin and nails normal. Vitamin C enhances normal collagen formation for normal skin function.

For adults 1-4 capsule per day.
