Product returns

60-day cancellation right

As a consumer in the EU, you are entitled to notify us within 60 days of receiving the goods that you wish to return individual products or your entire order. Only products which can be sold again can be fully reimbursed.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns from outside EU.

Uncollected shipment

Uncollected shipment is not a return and if your package returns to us uncollected, we reserve the right to deduct 20 euros from the amount to be returned as delivery and handling costs.

If you wish, we can send the package again, in which case we will charge 6,90-49,90 euros depending on the delivery method and country.

Products damaged in transport

If you notice that a product was damaged in transport after you receive your order, please contact our customer service.

Reimbursements

Product returns will be reimbursed using the original payment method of the order. The reimbursement will be paid within 14 days of registering the return as received.

We will notify you by email of product returns we have received. If you have not received a confirmation within 14 days of sending the return, please contact our customer service.
