Whey'Mo vanilla peanut butter pancakes
- 1 measure (30 g) of Whey'Mo Vanilla protein powder
- 1 large banana
- 1 egg
- 1 big spoon of peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
Mix all the ingredients together until a solid mass. Bake in a frying pan using some good oil or butter. Serve with fresh berries and perhaps bit more of peanut butter. Enjoy and don't feel guilty. Bake some 'Mo.
Directions to use
Mix 30 g of powder into 200-300 ml of cold water, milk or plant milk. Use 1-3 servings per day immediately after exercise, or as part of your meal or a snack.
Suitable fot athletes and exercisers as a daily protein supplement.
