Fish Collagen (Type 1) is a protein isolated from fish. Collagen accounts for 30% of the human body's protein and it is found especially in the skin. At about the age of 25, the body begins to lose its ability to produce new collagen.
Puhdas+ product are made in Finland
Puhdas+ products are high quality nutritional supplements. No additional ingredients, such as preservatives, dyes and surface treatment agents, are used in the manufacture.
Dosage
For adults 1-2 tbsp per day. Mix with a small amount of water, juice, smoothie or yoghurt.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Keep away from the rech of children.
