Mettä Nettle Pesto

Delicious combination of Nordic herbs. It’s super easy to prepare. Just add some water and vegetable oil and enjoy as an exciting topping for bread, with pasta or as a salad dressing. Try using as is, as a delicious seasoning. It’s also 100% vegan.

Mettä Nettle Pesto is a delicious, nutritious and exciting alternative to your traditional pesto. Nettle is rich in vitamins and nutrients and has been named the superhero among our Nordic herbs. Just add some of your favourite vegetable oil and a splash of water and prepare just the right amount of pesto for each occasion. Use our Nettle Pesto like you would any traditional pesto; spread it on top of bread, mix with your favourite pasta, enjoy as an exciting salad dressing or a delicious condiment to any meal.

To make one serving (about 20 g)

Shake the bag and use a spoon to mix the contents. Combine 1tbsp Nettle Pesto mixture with 0.5-1 tbsp water and 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix well. Let the mixture sit for about 5 min. Enjoy!
