Baking flour mixture for easy keto baking!
A versatile, inherently gluten-free and low-carbohydrate flour mixture for baking both savory and sweet bakeries. With the baking mix you can bake breads, pizza bases, muffins, biscuits, cakes, donuts, wrap cake bases .. whatever!
The flour mixture is also excellent for a ketogenic diet.
Usage
The baking mix is very plentiful: for example, you only need 1 dl of baking mix for a two-serving pizza base - a tortilla is only made from 1 tablespoon of baking mix!
Even a plush loaf of bread takes 2 dl of baking bread - and you don't just need eggs! A bag of baking mix contains almost 5 1/2 dl of the flour mixture.
